Amazing workout
I love this yoga tape. It is the one I have been waiting for. I workout with the Firm (old and new) and Fitprime. This is a challenging addition.Tari Rose's instruction, cueing and no nonsense additude is great. I look forward to more workouts from this instructor. Wonderful stretching and great strength training.

Wow!

For those who think they need weights for a tough strength and toning workout, they have obviously not tried Hard Body Yoga. At the end of the workout, I was drenched in sweat and my legs were wobbly. I was very sore for three days in my lower body. The ab work is great, too. My only complaint is that, after the sun salutations, the instructor barely gives any cueing on breathing, but overall, this is one of the best workouts I have bought this year and very different from standard workout fare.

Great video!

This gives you a superb workout It's very easy to follow, but by the end of the video, you will be exhausted (but in a good way!) I'm still sore even after 2 days of last doing the video, and I'm a regular exerciser of aerobics and yoga. Doing this is very humbling. The instructor is great and gives perfect cueing. After the standing exercises, she says that now we can go to the floor and she says something like "I bet you're glad", and all I can do is nod at the tv (in mute wonder!). Definately worth the money, even more!

Awesome

I have never done yoga before but have been interested in trying it, i have been doing The Firm 4-5 days a week for the last 5 years so i am in pretty good shape. I couldnt believe how challenging this was for me and fun. It was nice to get such a good workout without using weights, i havent been this sore in years, i feel like i really accomplished something. I would definately buy this video if you are a advanced excerciser and want a new challenge, i hope she makes some other videos because this one was great.

A cross-training must have!!!!

To all my favorite video gurus: (Cathe Friedrich, Baron Baptiste and Mari Winsor)I have to admit I cheated. :) I don't have any regrets. This workout is awesome. What a great twist on yoga practice! Tari Rose is an excellent instructor and has great form throughout the video. You get to practice a variety of yoga poses and you do three sets of them and they include count variations (and she provides easier modifications of the poses) By the time I'm doing my third set I can really feel my body's working hard and I have been exercising for a couple of years. I want to see more videos from this instructor.

Great workout, but tough!!!

I did this workout for the first time this morning and have to say it is one of the toughest workouts I've done! I do not do a lot of Yoga, but was interested in this video because of it's emphasis on toning. I definitely got a great workout, but I have to admit I was so exhausted by the time I got to the end that I couldn't wait for it to be over. This workout definitely put me through my paces. When I can get through this workout without stopping to catch my breath I will know that I am in great shape. I highly recommend this workout.
